Balsamic Dressing

I was raised right. How do I know this? I was taught to appreciate balsamic vinegar in any form; as a dressing, layered with tomatoes and basil as a mozzarella topping, and even as a garnish for tomato basil soup. This dressing is proof that I do what I can to make my parents proud! In honor of you Ma, here is a tasty, yet slightly sweet version of one of our favorite dressings.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

This is close to the same recipe I used for the roasted beet and goat cheese salad I made a couple of weeks ago, so yummy!
